Description
The Fiano di Avellino Arianello is produced by Feudi di San Gregorio, one of the largest and most successful wineries in Campania, which produces both white and red wines in Irpinia, a historic region of the Campanian Apennines in the province of Avellino. The line "Feudi studi" is a limited edition that each year arises from grapes of the most expressive vineyards selected from the 800 vineyards available to the company.
The wine is made exclusively from Fiano grapes, which are crushed and fermented in steel at 18-20°C, without malolactic fermentation. The wine thus obtained ages in steel on the fine lees for 8-10 months, with weekly batonnage, followed by 12-18 months in the bottle.
This wine presents a straw yellow color with golden reflections, revealing aromas of lime, medicinal herbs, wildflowers, and chalk on the nose. The sip is dry and harmonious with a long finish.
Ideal to enjoy with hot fish and shellfish appetizers, grilled prawns, and tuna sushi.
