Description

The Ficcanaso of the Luca Padroggi company is a refermented wine in the bottle, made with 100% Riesling Italico grapes according to the Ancestral Method.

Evocative for the family history it recalls, this wine is obtained with softly pressed grapes before starting the must for fermentation. The presence of sugars not yet fermented allows the wine to refer in the bottle in a natural way as temperatures vary.

Straw yellow in color, it has very distinct hints of white pulp fruits such as melon and peach, before spicy references to white pepper and elderberry. On the palate it is fresh and with good acidity without losing softness.

Perfect wine for non-committed aperitifs based on semi-mature cheeses, bruschetta with lard and platters of cold cuts.
