Franciacorta Riserva DOCG Millesimato Annamaria Clementi Dosaggio Zero 2015 Ca' del Bosco

Sparkling wine that recounts 40 years of Ca 'del Bosco experience, Dosaggio Zero is the evolution of the Cuvée Annamaria Clementi dedicated by Mauro Zanella to the mother and founder of the company, which makes rigor its expressiveness.

Fruit of the union of 20 base wines, it is made up of the Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir varieties. The grapes are vinified in barriques, separately, particle by particle. The wine is then left to age on its lees for 6 months before assembly and then in the bottle for 8 years and 7 months.

It comes in the golden color glass, with a very fine and persistent perlage. The perfume is extraordinarily refined and complex, with intense fruity hints reached by persuasive balsamic traces. On the palate it is enveloping and fresh, with a long persistence, gradually disappearing in a savory and citrusy trail. A Franciacorta of great fabric.

Perfect in the company of refined fish dishes, this cuvée lends itself to being tasted alone.
