Gift Box Duetto Franciacorta

The Duetto package by Contadi-Castaldi contains two different types of Franciacorta sparkling wine, sparkling with the refermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method.

Franciacorta Satèn is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes and refines for 7 months in stainless steel tanks and partly in barriques. Once the second fermentation is completed, it rests on its lees for 30-36 months. Thanks to its freshness, elegant perlage and its hints of apple and figs, Satèn is a wine that finds its ideal combination with fish, even raw, with shellfish and seafood. Excellent as a refined aperitif.

Franciacorta Brut is mainly produced from Chardonnay, Pinot Nero and Pinot Bianco grapes and ages for 20 to 26 months on the lees, depending on the vintage. Thanks to its fresh hints of lime blossom, citrus peaches and green pepper, it is perfect to accompany fish and cold cuts, but also as an aperitif.
