Description

The Pinot Grigio Garda DOC originates on the southern shores of Lake Garda, within one of Italy's interregional appellations, encompassing Lombardy, Veneto, and Trentino-Alto Adige.

The wine is made exclusively from Pinot Grigio grapes, which undergo the classic white winemaking process. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The resulting wine is then aged for 4 months in steel before being bottled and released to the market.

Pale straw-yellow in color, the wine reveals aromas of white flowers such as broom and acacia on the nose, along with fruit scents like pear, peach, pineapple, and citrus fruit. The palate is dry and light, with a pleasantly fruity finish.

Excellent as an aperitif, this Pinot Grigio pairs very well with both seafood or fresh cheese appetizers, as well as seafood dishes and white meats.
