Description

Paltrinieri's Lambrusco dell'Emilia Solco comes from vineyards located in the historic "zone of Christ" of Sorbara, in the Modena municipality of Bomporto.

It is produced entirely with Lambrusco Salamino grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. After the classic red winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place in steel pressurized tanks, according to the Charmat method.

The Furrow of Paltrinieri is characterized by a deep red colour and a fine and persistent. The nose opens with an intense fruity bouquet of cherry, strawberry and black currant. In the mouth it is soft and fresh, enveloping and delicate.

This wine is perfect to accompany traditional Emilian dishes.
