Description

The Cabernet Sauvignon della Viña Los Vascos, belonging to the Domaines Baron de Rothschild, comes from vineyards located in the municipality of Peralillo, in the renowned Chilean wine region Valle de Colchagua.

It is produced with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.

This Cabernet Sauvignon has a bright ruby red colour. The nose opens with fresh aromas of black cherry and plum, with light spicy hints of licorice and white pepper. On the palate it is full-bodied and velvety, with soft and well-integrated tannins.

Perfect to accompany savory and grilled first courses based on red meats, this wine is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
