Description

Lugana di Casa Lupo is produced from vineyards between Veneto and Lombardy within the Lugana DOC interregional DOC.

The Turbiana or Trebbiano di Lugana grapes are softly pressed and cold macerated for a few hours. Vinification takes place in thermo-controlled steel tanks for 12 days. The wine ages on the fine lees for a few months, always in steel.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose reveals aromas of exotic fruit and citrus. The sip is dry and fresh, with a discreet persistence.

Excellent both as an aperitif and to accompany fish-based dishes.
