Description
Lugana dei Domini Veneti originates within the denomination of the same name, located on the southern shore of Lake Garda, between the provinces of Brescia and Verona.
The 100% Trebbiano di Lugana grapes are subjected to a soft pressing, then sent to fermentation without skins at a controlled temperature of 16-18 ° C. Refines for a few months in steel containers.
It has a straw yellow color. Its scent recalls white-fleshed fruit and white petal floral notes including hibiscus and hydrangea. Full-bodied and harmonious, a clear and distinctive freshness emerges in the mouth.
Suitable both as an aperitif and to accompany lake fish and first courses based on vegetables typical of Mediterranean cuisine.
