Description
Molceo is the complexity of the Lugana di Ottella. The superior refinement enriches it with the development of time, capable of enhancing the most mysterious and intriguing character of the Trebbiano di Lugana.
Entirely composed of Trebbiano di Lugana, this white wine is vinified in steel tanks, and then lies on its fine lees at the end of the malolactic fermentation for a period of 16 months, partly in steel and partly in barrique.
Its complex scent fan-like a bouquet of white flowers, exotic fruit and candied citrus peel. The body is as soft as it is fresh, balanced in a fine and chiseled balance.
To accompany a plate of spaghetti with bottarga.
