Description

The Maremma Toscana Rosato di Rocca di Frassinello was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Gavorrano, in the province of Grosseto.

It is produced exclusively with Sangiovese grapes, harvested by hand. The vinification takes place in steel at a controlled temperature. The wine ages for 2 months in the bottle before being placed on the market.

It has a soft pink colour. The nose opens with aromas of peach and pomegranate, with notes of almond. In the mouth it is soft and elegant, with a good persistence.

Perfect as an aperitif, it goes well with fish appetizers and seafood, with baked vegetables and fresh cheeses.
