Description

Vermentino DOC Sassoregale is ideal for every day of the year.

The grapes harvested when perfectly ripe are softly pressed, and the wine obtained remains on the lees for about five months in order to acquire further gustatory nuances.

The brilliant straw yellow color introduces an intense and elegant bouquet, which combines citrus and fruit notes with hints of Mediterranean herbs. A dynamic and lending white on the palate, with a fresh gustatory structure, with a tantalizing sapidity.

A Tuscan Vermentino that marries all seafood cuisine, and is also perfect for dishes embellished with aromatic herbs and spices.
