Description
The pure Malbec of Escorihuela Gascón is born in vineyards located in the Agredo region.
After vinification, 60% of the wine is aged in French and American oak barrels for 8 months.
In the glass the wine has a ruby red color with purple reflections. The nose reveals aromas of violet, blackberry, plums and black fruit jam, in addition to the toasted note of wood. The sip is broad and balsamic, with a persistent finish.
To be paired with game dishes or roasted and stewed red meats, as well as with aged cheeses.
