Description

The Mitò extra dry sparkling wine by Ca' di Rajo is born in vineyards located in Rai di San Polo in Piave.

It consists of white grapes, which are softly pressed. The sparkling wine production takes place with the long Charmat method, in thermo-regulated steel tanks.

Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, it reveals aromas of acacia flowers, lemon apple and grapefruit to the nose. The sip is soft, savory and well structured.

Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with fried fish and vegetables.
