Description

Le Pernici from the Broglia winery is a wine made from Pinot Noir grapes in purity, from vineyards that live on marly soils located between 250 and 280 meters above sea level, with mainly south-east exposure.

The vinification takes place in red, with maceration in contact with the skins, both for the fermentation phase and for the ageing phase in steel only, in order to preserve all the fragrance of the primary aromas.

The result is a wine with a ruby red colour tending to purple, with vinous and floral scents that tickle the nose. The mouthfeel is enveloping and dry, with great gustatory balance.

Light and harmonious, it can accompany any meal, especially the gastronomic proposals based on white meats.
