Description
The Nebbiolo d'Alba Spumante Brut Rosé by Sara Vezza is an elegant and expressive Metodo Classico, made from Nebbiolo grapes grown in west-facing vineyards, at altitudes between 400 and 600 meters. The soil, consisting of alternating layers of clay and marl, and the Guyot training system support the balanced ripening of the grapes, preserving freshness and finesse.
The whole clusters are gently pressed, with a brief maceration of 5-6 hours to delicately extract color and aromas. Fermentation takes place in steel with temperature control. Subsequently, the wine is bottled with liqueur de tirage for the prise de mousse, remaining on the lees for a period of 30-36 months, giving it complexity and creaminess.
It presents a delicate pale pink hue. The perlage is fine and persistent. The aromatic profile is elegant, with notes of fresh red fruits and floral hints. On the palate, it is fresh, vibrant, and well-balanced, with a refined structure that makes each sip pleasant and persistent.
Perfect as an aperitif, it is also excellent throughout the meal paired with fish dishes, shellfish, and fresh pasta.
