Description

This alcohol-free rosé sparkling wine is made from 100% Tempranillo grapes grown on the sandy and calcareous soils of the La Mancha region in southern Spain. Produced in compliance with strict vegan standards, it is a refined alternative for those seeking a wine experience without alcohol.

The wine is vinified in stainless steel tanks using the traditional method, followed by dealcoholization through vacuum distillation, which helps preserve the natural aromas. After a four-hour maceration, the wine is gently carbonated to give it the typical effervescence of a sparkling wine.

It appears with an elegant pale pink color and offers a delicate bouquet of ripe apple, enhanced by a subtle sweetness. On the palate, it is balanced, fresh, and pleasantly fruity, with a lively acidity that enhances its drinkability.
