Description

Laudemio di Frescobaldi Extra Virgin Olive Oil is born in olive groves located at an altitude between 200 and 500 meters above sea level, where the microclimate gives the olives unique characteristics for freshness and intensity of aromas and flavors.

The olives are harvested in advance, before ripening, to obtain color and aromatic freshness, and are pressed a few hours after harvesting, in the proprietary oil mill.

Laudemio Frescobaldi presents itself to the sight of a brilliant emerald green. It is characterized by aromas of green apple and herbaceous notes of wild rocket. On the palate aromas of artichoke, thistle and fresh vegetables emerge, with a spicy and persistent finish.
