Description
Tormaresca Extra Virgin Olive Oil is born in the Bocca di Lupo estate, located in Minervino Murge, near Castel del Monte.
The olive trees from which it comes to life, grown here under organic farming, have an average age of eighty years.
Tormaresca oil has a golden yellow color with green reflections. The nose is fruity, intense and characterized by herbaceous aromas of bay leaf, tomato leaf and artichoke, accompanied by almond notes. On the palate it is broad, intense and characterized by a good persistence.
It goes well with appetizers, red meats, fish.
