Description
The Lamo by Tenute Rubino was born on the Ionian side of the Salento peninsula, near the ancient city of Ostuni.
The pure Ottavianello grapes are vinified in thermo-regulated steel tanks, with a 7-day maceration. The refinement takes place for 5-6 months in steel and for 1-2 months in the bottle.
Bright ruby in colour, it has hints of rose, blackberries and cherries on the nose. The sip is fresh and immediate, with a fairly persistent finish.
Ideal in combination with cured meats, cheeses and roasts.
