Description
Produced in Spain by Pinord winery in the Penedès region, this white wine Mireia is crafted from an aromatic blend of Gewürztraminer, Moscato (Muscat de Frontignac) and Sauvignon Blanc, grown using biodynamic methods from vines over 45 years old on limestone soils influenced by the Mediterranean breeze.
The grapes are hand-harvested and vinified separately with gentle pressing and low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel. After fermentation, the varieties are blended, followed by a short aging in tank and finally in bottle, preserving the wine's freshness and aromatic elegance.
Bright yellow with greenish highlights, it opens with an intense and complex bouquet dominated by flowers such as violet and rose, accompanied by the exotic fruitiness of lychee. On the palate it is silky and smooth, with a balanced body, pleasant savoriness, and a long, harmonious finish.
Perfect with sushi, shellfish, white fish in sauce or blue cheeses.
