Piemonte DOC Capriccio 2020 Vite Colte

A wine that comes to life from the Barbera and Pinot Nero vines that gives emotions in sips. A series of features, such as the average altitude of 250 meters, the traditional form of vine growing and the management of low yield vineyards makes it a unique and very modern wine with a strong personality.

After a soft pressing of the grapes, musts are obtained which are fermented separately from the skins, at a controlled temperature of 15-16 ° C. Then there is a short period of aging on the lees and the two wines are assembled with percentages that vary from year to year, with the aim of achieving the best possible balance.

Pale pink in color, like the most magical auroras, it pervades the nose with strong notes reminiscent of flowers and citrus fruits, to fade into an elegant, fresh, silky and long-lasting flavor, with a pleasant fruity finish.

Try it in combination with appetizers and first courses with tomato. It is also excellent on white meats.
