Description

Louis Latour's Pouilly-Fuissé was born in Burgundy, in the Mâconnais region, in vineyards immersed in a breathtaking landscape where limestone and clay soils combine to create a unique terroir.

It is a white obtained from 100% Chardonnay grapes, from vineyards with an average age of 30 years. It ferments in steel tanks, where it also carries out malolactic fermentation, and ages for 8-10 months in tanks of the same material.

Straw yellow, very bright. The nose involves with notes of melon, pear and almond, while the taste is affirmed for the extraordinary balance between the round envelopment of the sip and its vibrant freshness. It persists in a long fruity trail.

Perfect to accompany a plate of spaghetti with cheese and pepper.
