How it is produced
The Primitivo harvest is carried out by hand in the early hours of dawn. After fermentation, the wine matures in wooden barrels for 20 months, then is refined for 4 months in steel and a further 3 months in bottle before release.
Tasting notes
In the glass it presents a dark garnet red color with purplish highlights and good visual intensity. On the nose, clear and intense aromas of blackberry and black cherry emerge, with a well-defined fruity profile. On the palate, it is soft and full-bodied, with broad development and a long aftertaste that prolongs the flavor sensation after swallowing.
