Description

This Prosecco from Canti represents an evolution in the company's journey towards sustainability and innovation, thanks to a production process fully respectful of biocompatibility. Made from selected Glera grapes, it is vegan certified, confirming itself as a conscious choice for those seeking wines produced responsibly and with respect for the environment.

The winemaking process follows the Charmat method, with fermentation in autoclave to best preserve freshness and fruity aromas. Attention to detail in production is also reflected in the choice of eco-friendly packaging materials, which are an integral part of the company's green philosophy.

It appears a bright straw yellow in the glass, with a white foam and very fine perlage. On the nose it releases intense and pleasantly fruity aromas, with floral hints of wisteria and notes of apple. The palate is fresh and harmonious, with light notes of sweet almond and a slightly mineral finish.

Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs ideally with light and delicate dishes.
