Description

The Prosecco 0.15 Extra Dry Millesimato of the De Stefani company is produced with Glera grapes from vineyards located between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene.

The vineyards are located at an altitude of 250 meters above sea level and are subject to high daily temperature variations which help the grapes to develop a perfect aromatic outfit. After arriving in the cellar, the grapes are pressed and the must cooled before fermentation at a controlled temperature.

Pale straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, it has notes of golden apple and citrus notes that release an enveloping sensation and medium density on the palate for a harmonious, refreshing and balanced sip.

Perfect as an aperitif, it can be used throughout a meal and to accompany white meats, appetizers and vegetarian first courses.
