Description

The Robert Weil Riesling Tradition is produced with the grapes of the most renowned German vine, gathered all around the prestigious Kiedrich Gräfenberg vineyard.

The bunches are the result of a careful selection process. The winemaking processes observe stringent principles of delicacy in all operations and the various transport phases take place by gravity. Fermentation in stainless steel is stopped using low temperatures when the desired alcohol content is reached.

Pale straw yellow, the nose is a riot of fresh and pleasant fruity aromas. It is characterized on the palate by an inviting sweetness and a remarkable balance that guides towards a finish of elegant persistence.

Excellent in combination with seafood and spicy foods.
