Description

A white that comes from 100% Roero Arneis grapes in the Monticello d'Alba area, where luxuriant vines of different ages grow that give the wine a splendid eclecticism. The label represents the great Giuseppe Mazzini, one of the leading personalities of the Italian Risorgimento.
It is the result of a traditional white vinification in steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 20 days, after which the wine remains on the fine lees for 5 months.
The wine illuminates the glass with its intense straw yellow color, with reflections that tend to greenish. The scent is fresh, delicate and fruity on the nose, confirming its wonderful drinkability on the palate, with hints of yellow pulp fruit. The taste is fresh and pleasantly fruity, with great persistence.
Its pleasantly fruity organoleptic profile makes it the most suitable wine to accompany fish-based dishes, as well as seasonal vegetables. Absolutely to try as an aperitif.
