Romangia IGP Tenores 2017 Dettori

The Romangia Tenores di Dettori is located in the Badde Nigolosu vineyard, in the Sassari municipality of Sennori, in Sardinia. Due to the fact that the entire production process does not involve the use of any animal-based ingredients, this wine is suitable for those who embrace the vegan philosophy.

It is produced only with Cannonau grapes, harvested entirely by hand. The must ferments, with maceration on the skins for 3-10 days. This is followed by 24-36 months aging in small concrete tanks before bottling.

Tenori di Dettori is characterized by a ruby red color with garnet reflections. It expresses intense aromas of black cherry, plum and wild herbs on the nose, surrounded by pleasant notes of licorice, mint and dried flowers. Decisive and rich on the palate, it reveals a wine of great character and persistence.

It goes perfectly with stewed and roasted meats, but is also indicated together with game and aged cheeses.
