Description

Chardonnay Charà was born in the vineyards of Castello Monaci, in Puglia. Charà means joy , in Salento: the joy that unites the French tradition with that of Salento in this wine.

It is produced entirely with Chardonnay grapes, which are vinified in concrete eggs, where the wine subsequently ages for a few months.

It is characterized by a deep straw yellow colour. The nose brings aromas of tropical fruit, among which banana and pineapple stand out, accompanied by sweet notes of almond paste. In the mouth it is full and full-bodied, soft and enveloping, with a final note of vanilla.

Perfect with hors d'oeuvres and risottos, this wine is spectacular with fish and shellfish dishes.
