Description
The Ambat white wine by Sella&Mosca was born around Alghero from one of the most widespread white vines on the island, Vermentino.
The grapes undergo soft pressing and fermentation in thermoregulated steel tanks. A small part of the wine is fermented in French barriques.
In the glass it has a straw color. On the nose there are aromas of white flowers and exotic fruits, anise and almond. The sip is fresh and sapid, with a crunchy finish.
It is ideal to accompany grilled fish and shellfish.
