Sicilia DOC Il Bianco La Segreta 2023 Planeta

Sicily The Planeta White La Segreta is born in the Dispensa, Gurra and Ulmo vineyards, located in the municipalities of Menfi and Sambuca di Sicilia, in the province of Agrigento. La Segreta takes its name from the wood that surrounds the Ulmo vineyard.

It is produced 50% with Grecanico grapes, 30% with Chardonnay grapes, 10% with Viognier grapes and 10% with Fiano grapes. The wine ferments and ages in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, before being bottled.

It is a wine characterized by a light yellow color with green reflections. The nose opens wide and exuberant, with hints of citrus, pineapple and white peach. On the palate it is fresh and balanced, with an excellent balance between acidity, flavor and volume. The wine has a full and aromatic finish.

Perfect to accompany aperitifs and first courses, it is ideal in combination with fish dishes and soups.
