Description

What kind of wine it is

Soave Classico by Suavia is an elegant and authentic white wine made exclusively from Garganega grapes. This genuine expression of the Veronese terroir combines meticulous cellar work with maturation aimed at enhancing its structure. The result is a fresh and clean-style glass, characterized by a creamy and juicy mouthfeel. Its balanced nature delivers a crisp, well-defined profile, perfect for those seeking a white wine with a pleasant savoriness and undeniable drinkability.

Where it comes from

This Soave Classico comes from the lush vineyards of Fittà and Tremenalto, in the heart of the Veronese region. The volcanic soils give the wine a precise and unmistakable tasting profile, enriched by clear mineral hints. The historic suitability for Garganega cultivation in this area allows the vines to express extraordinary aromatic freshness. Every glass reflects a deep connection with its place of origin and ensures clear fruit purity and a balanced, straightforward drinkability.

How it is produced

Garganega grapes are hand-harvested towards the end of September and immediately subjected to gentle pressing. The must ferments in steel tanks for fourteen days, at a controlled temperature to preserve its aromatic integrity. Next, a partial malolactic fermentation takes place, significantly softening the palate. The process concludes with aging on fine lees for five months in steel, giving the wine more roundness and structural continuity.

Tasting notes

In the glass, it shows a bright straw yellow color with brilliant green reflections. The bouquet opens with fragrant apple aromas and delicate Kaiser pear, harmoniously intertwined with light hawthorn floral notes. On the palate, it reveals its most captivating side with a creamy, juicy sip that unfolds with striking precision and consistency. The finish is persistent, with a pleasant mineral savoriness that delights the palate and recalls its volcanic origins.

Food pairings

Its great freshness and easy-drinking nature make this white wine an ideal companion for various dishes. It pairs excellently with appetizers and tasty first courses based on seasonal vegetables or seafood preparations. It enhances the delicate flavor of ingredients and keeps the palate clean thanks to its lively savory streak. Perfect for traditional Venetian recipes and seafood cuisine, it particularly complements soft and flavorful dishes like the classic baccalà alla vicentina.

When to serve

This wine is the ideal choice for occasions that call for an immediate yet technically crafted white. It fits perfectly as part of a refined aperitif or as an accompaniment to a light lunch or dinner. Its natural drinkability makes it enjoyable when you want a thirst-quenching glass with a savory, clean finish. Thanks to its remarkable versatility, it fits effortlessly into many convivial contexts and offers a satisfying tasting experience that invites social enjoyment.
