Sodarosa Evia J. Gasco

Sodarosa is J. Gasco's pink grapefruit soda from the Evia light line, produced only from an infusion of pink grapefruit peel, without any addition of artificial colors or preservatives or sugars.

Soft pink in color, it is characterized by a distinct citrus scent highlighted by elegant notes of hibiscus flowers. The taste is vibrant and fresh, with persistent bubbles.

It is ideal for mixing Paloma or for mezcal or vodka preparations. Excellent also to serve smooth with a sprig of mint.
