Description

The Pinot Noir Dignus of the Crescendo di Ritterhof line comes from its own vineyards located in the municipality of Montagna, where the best conditions for the cultivation of Pinot Noir exist.

It is produced exclusively from a careful selection of these grapes, which ferment in open containers, with maceration in contact with the skins which allows to fully extract the aromatic and fruity notes of the berries. Subsequently, the ageing is carried out in small French oak barrels for 14 months, and for a further 10 months in bottle before being released on the market.

It appears at the sight of bright garnet red colour. Expresses a bouquet of spicy notes that blend perfectly with fruity hints of raspberry and cherry. On the palate it is elegant and structured, full and juicy.

Perfect to be served with tasty first courses, it goes well with red meats, feathered game and medium-aged cheeses.
