Description
Eisacktaler Kellerei's Alto Adige Valle Isarco Chardonnay was born in vineyards located in the magical Valle Isarco, in the heart of South Tyrol, a terroir traditionally suited to viticulture.
It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes. After a soft pressing, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks on the noble lees at controlled temperature. In the territory of the Valle Isarco there are ideal climatic conditions for the production of high quality white wines.
This Chardonnay is characterized by a greenish yellow color. The nose opens with a fruity and delicate bouquet, with aromas of pineapple and banana. On the palate it is fresh, slender and pleasantly lively, with a balanced body.
Perfect to accompany appetizers and fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with seafood and white meats.
