Description

The Alto Adige Valle Isarco Kerner of Köfererhof is born in vineyards located in the municipality of Novacella, in the province of Bolzano.

It is produced entirely with Kerner grapes, harvested exclusively by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 8 months in the same containers, before being bottled.

Köfererhof's Alto Adige Valle Isarco Kerner has a bright straw yellow color. The nose opens with evident hints of cedar and lemon, enriched by pleasant smoky notes. On the palate it is fresh and savory, with a nice persistence.

Perfect to accompany appetizers and white meats, it is ideal in combination with boiled fish and shellfish.
