Description

Eisacktaler Kellerei's Alto Adige Valle Isarco Müller Thurgau was born in vineyards located in the magical Valle Isarco, in the heart of South Tyrol, a terroir traditionally suited to viticulture.

It is produced exclusively with Müller Thurgau grapes. After a soft pressing, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks on the noble lees at controlled temperature. In the territory of the Valle Isarco there are ideal climatic conditions for the production of high quality white wines.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with an intense bouquet, with aromas of elderberry flowers, enriched with pleasant notes of nutmeg. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh and slightly aromatic, with a full body.

Perfect to accompany aperitifs and appetizers, it is ideal in combination with fish and seafood dishes.
