Description

Eisacktaler Kellerei's Alto Adige Valle Isarco Pinot Grigio is born in vineyards located in the magical Valle Isarco, in the heart of South Tyrol, a terroir traditionally suited to viticulture.

It is produced exclusively with Pinot Grigio grapes, harvested only by hand. After a soft pressing, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks on the noble lees at controlled temperature. In the territory of the Valle Isarco there are ideal climatic conditions for the production of high quality white wines.

It is characterized by a bright golden yellow color. The nose opens with an elegant bouquet of fresh fruit, enriched with pleasant notes of bitter almond. It is harmonious on the palate, with a full body and a pleasantly balanced acidity.

Perfect to accompany appetizers and first courses, it is ideal in combination with mushroom, fish and seafood dishes.
