Description

Eisacktaler Kellerei's Alto Adige Valle Isarco Sylvaner was born in vineyards located in the magical Valle Isarco, in the heart of South Tyrol, a terroir traditionally suited to viticulture.

It is produced exclusively with Sylvaner grapes. After a soft pressing, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks on the noble lees at controlled temperature. In the territory of the Valle Isarco there are ideal climatic conditions for the production of high quality white wines.

It is characterized by a light yellow color, with greenish reflections. The nose opens with a fresh and fruity bouquet, with hints of peach, apple and apricot. On the palate it is dry, pleasantly aromatic and fresh, with a harmonious body.

Perfect to accompany appetizers and appetizers, it is ideal in combination with vegetables and fish dishes.
