Description

This Pinot Grigio is an Abruzzo wine produced by Tenuta Ulisse, a company founded in 2006 by the brothers Antonio and Luigi Ulisse.

The selected grapes are placed whole in the cooling tunnel and undergo cryomaceration for the extraction of aromatic compounds. The grapes are then de-stemmed and pressed in an inert environment, and then undergo a static cold clarification. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 11 ° C in thermo-regulated and inertized tanks, and is then aged in steel.

Straw yellow with golden hues, it opens on the nose with aromas of tropical fruit and mineral notes. The sip is soft, with moderate acidity.

Ideal in combination with appetizers, fish and white meats, but also with mushroom risotto.
