Terre Siciliane IGT Alaziza Stephan Janson 2019 Feudi del Pisciotto

Alaziza is the label signed by the fashion designer Stephan Janson for the Grandi Stilisti collection by Feudi del Pisciotto. Its name derives from the Arabic language and stands for "the shining", evocative of the multicultural soul of Sicily, crossroads of civilizations and peoples, and of the land kissed by the sun. The typical elements of the Sicilian landscape are presented in a dreamlike atmosphere.

Obtained from a blend of Viognier and Zibibbo grapes, the harvest of which takes place in the last week of August, it is the result of a vinification in steel and a subsequent refinement in the bottle for a period of 2 months.

It is a wine that develops in the glass presenting itself with a straw yellow color. The olfactory spectrum opens on tones of exotic fruit typical of Viognier, enriched with aromatic and orange blossom nuances typical of Zibibbo. When tasted it has a fresh, fruity and harmonious taste, with a beautiful structure.

Suitable for combining with all shellfish or raw fish preparations.
