Description
Terre Siciliane Kados was born in the Rosignolo di Duca di Salaparuta estate, located in the municipalities of Salemi and Gibellina, in the province of Trapani.
It is obtained from 100% Grillo grapes, harvested and selected by hand in the second half of September. Fermentation takes place in small new oak barrels for about 40 days. Subsequently the wine ages in cement vats on its lees and in the bottle for about 3 months, before being marketed.
Kados has a straw yellow color with light greenish reflections. The nose opens with intense floral and vanilla aromas. On the palate it is broad and velvety, with a good structure and a persistent finish.
This white wine is perfect to accompany fish dishes, shellfish and white meats.
