Description

Toscana IGT Antico Feudo della Trappola Barone Ricasoli is a complex and structured Tuscan red, born from the skilful blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet and Merlot.

The grapes are selected by hand and vinified separately in steel and then the wines are combined and aged for 8 - 9 months in tonneau mostly second and third passage.

This wine brings together the best characteristics of the three grape varieties: the character of Sangiovese, the velvety softness of Merlot and the refined elegance of Cabernet, for a complex and fruity wine on the nose, with a full taste and a long finish.

An interpretation of Toscana IGT in full Ricasoli style, ideal for an elegant dinner accompanied by roasts and stews.
