Toscana IGT Bianco Contessa di Radda 2021 Geografico

Geografico's Contessa di Radda white wine is part of the "Contessa di Radda" line reminiscent of Willa, the countess also represented on the label.

The wine is a blend of Chardonnay and Malvasia grapes, which first of all undergo a light pressing. The must obtained is first of all cryomacerated for 6 hours and then fermented. A partial passage of the wine in tonneaux follows.

Bright straw yellow in color, it releases aromas of fish, apples, pears and cedar on the nose, with exotic notes of pineapple. On the palate it is round and soft, with an elegant finish.

Excellent as an accompaniment to tasty seafood dishes and vegetarian cuisine.
