Description

Bordeaux wine among the most famous of the cellar, this wine represents the flagship of all Tenute Renieri. It comes from red and clayey lands and from one of the most suitable wine-growing areas of Siena and all of Tuscany. An original organoleptic profile distinguishes it, a fine blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot grapes. After the harvest, it ages in barrique.

A splendid ruby red color, the aroma of this wine is reminiscent of cassis cream, blackberry and vanilla. Its marked freshness recalls the aromas of dried sage and violets. Full-bodied wine, its structured tannins give it a long and pleasantly persistent finish.

It is the ideal wine to pair with stewed red meats. Try it with beef stew.
