Description
Rocca di Montegrossi Rosato is a wine made from 100% Sangiovese grapes, cultivated in the territory of Gaiole in Chianti; it offers a refined and terroir-driven interpretation of Tuscan rosé, combining freshness, aromatic precision, and varietal identity.
Vinification takes place entirely in stainless steel at controlled temperatures, in order to preserve the aromatic integrity and fragrance of the fruit; after fermentation, the wine remains in contact with indigenous yeasts for a period of maturation in stainless steel at low temperature, acquiring greater complexity, balance, and expressive finesse before bottling.
It displays a bright and delicate pink color; on the nose, aromas of fresh red berries, pomegranate, and light floral notes emerge, accompanied by subtle citrus hints; on the palate it is fresh and smooth, with pleasant savoriness, good structure, and a harmonious and persistent finish.
Ideal paired with light appetizers, fish dishes, white meats, and summer preparations from Mediterranean cuisine.
