Description

Toscana Sasyr comes from a careful selection of Sangiovese and Syrah grapes grown in the Tuscan Maremma.

The harvest takes place when the perfect degree of ripeness is reached. Fermentation takes place separately by variety, with a long maceration in order to extract the color and aromatic substances present in the skins. Aging takes place in steel and 15% of Sangiovese in French oak barriques. Follows the assembly and bottling.

It has an intense ruby red color at sight. The nose is intense and complex, with fruity aromas of cherry, blueberry and raspberry. The sip is soft and well structured, with a pleasant freshness and a long final persistence.

Perfect to combine with red meat dishes and aged cheeses.
