Toscana IGT Rosso Testamatta 2021 Bibi Graetz

Bibi Graetz's Toscana Testamatta was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Fiesole, in the hills overlooking the wonderful city of Florence.

It is produced entirely with Sangiovese grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, with daily punching down. Subsequently the wine ages in barriques for 16-18 months before being bottled.

It has an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with hints of cherry and black cherry, enriched with delicate notes of leather and spices. In the mouth it is complex and harmonious, with soft tannins and a good freshness that accompany an elegant and persistent finish.

Perfect to accompany roasts and game, this wine is ideal in combination with spicy cheeses and chocolate.
