Description

The Trentino DOC Chardonnay Bottega Vinai of the Cavit winery was born in the hills located north of Lake Garda, in Trentino.

It is produced entirely from Chardonnay grapes which are harvested and selected manually.

This Chardonnay is characterized by a straw yellow color with clear greenish hues. The nose offers intense aromas of fruit, enriched by hints of yellow apple, apricot, pineapple and vanilla. On the palate it is enveloping, balanced and fresh. It has a pleasantly rich and persistent aftertaste.

Perfect to combine with spaghetti with mussels, risotto with porcini mushrooms, it is ideal if served with oven-cooked salmon with a side dish of boiled potatoes.
